SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
In Brief
Tholi is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday and Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies - only when a postage upgrade has been mentioned by the Customer through "Add a note" box while placing the Order. Unless a postage upgrade has been selected by you and/or if there is no courier service available in your area, all orders are sent either by Government Registered Bookpost or Speed Post - through India Post's widest time - bound express delivery network.
How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units?
The shipping charge is specified separately for every product. For multiple products ordered the programme adds up the total of all individual shipping charges. Thus, a customer who orders three products is charged the total of all individual delivery charges associated with each product. Thus the delivery fee is calculated separately when a customer orders different products. Orders are valid for a single shipment unless otherwise noted. Additional fees may apply for multiple shipments.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
For all non - personalized designs in products available for placing orders through Tholi's Website, orders are typically ready for shipment within the next 7 (seven) working days. When items are designed specially to order, Tholi takes up to 10 (ten) working days for dispatch. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
Average delivery time: In case of non - personalized designs in products available for placing orders through Tholi's Website, delivery will be made within fourteen (14) working days following receipt of order and payment. When items are designed specially to order, delivery will be made within seventeen (17) working days following receipt of order and payment. Large orders, or orders made at particularly busy times (e.g. Diwali or Christmas) may take slightly longer (please contact us if in doubt or if you require your product very urgently).
Note: Neither the shipment readying time for dispatch (usually 7-10 working days) nor the average delivery time (usually 14-17 working days) is applicable or assumable under conditions of Force Majeures such as Strikes, Bandh, Elections, Rains, Flood, Accidents, Festivals and other natural calamities and any other events beyond the control of Tholi.
Terms & Conditions for Order Cancellation by the Buyer
When items are designed specially to order, buyer may, without charge, cancel such order provided such order has not begun production through ordering of raw materials. Buyer requests to cancel special order already under process may be accepted by THOLI, subject to Buyer’s payment of reasonable termination charges as determined by THOLI.
