Return / Refund Policy

Once shipped, Tholi doesn't accept cancellations or revisions of finalized orders. But please contact at if you have any problem with your order.


The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of the items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, Tholi can't accept returns for

Custom or personalized orders.

When Tholi products are custom-made to your personalized order, we are unfortunately unable to refund or replace goods unless there is a fault with the item.

What if the product is received in damaged condition or the product is defective?

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Tholi accepts returns of its products if your order arrive damaged or defective. In the unlikely event that there is any fault with the product, we are happy to refund or replace If this is the case, contact Tholi at within 7 (seven) days of delivery explaining the issue. It really matters to us that you are totally happy with your experience with us. We may ask you to return the defective product to us within 30 (thirty) days of delivery in the original packaging (at our cost) so we can investigate the issue to make sure it won’t happen again. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
